No more Cornerstone festival :(

Wow.
I went several times, never got to see Joy E play there.
Was lucky enough to have my old band booked at the festival after a few years of playing generator stages.
Great memories.
Everything in the world seems to be turning a corner without a lingering look back.

It seems that all of the large festivals are dying out. When I was younger, I went to Newsong and Ichthus. Newsong has already passed on, and this year is the final year of Ichthus.

Living during the turning of an era is quite an interesting experience. From one generation to the next. From no technology to an immense explosion of devices of every sort.

Ten years... What will be?

I saw Joy E (and MANY others) at Cornerstone '98. It was my only Cornerstone, but it was an incredible experience. Too bad it's going away.
