Isn't that a quote from Willy Wonka? I'm pretty sure he says that in the original movie. Did the movie influence the title of that album?

The line comes from a poem by Arthur O'Shaughnessy, but I'm sure I was more influenced by it coming out of the mouth of Gene Wilder at the time.
