What a weird crowd. I have sat, stood, and danced to your music...but that was borderline moshing in some areas.

Anyways my question is, how do you feel about the kids who would get up on the stage? The kids who stage dive, crowd surf etc. I never imagined a Joy E. crowd being like that, but I was taken by surprise. Any concert I have seen you play has been fairly relaxed, a few dancers (except in Portland, then there isn't any) so this was a big shock. How often does a crowd act like that at your shows?

The show was a real flashback. In the old days, kids use to stagedive like crazy at festivals, but it doesn't happen too often anymore. It's never bothered me...it means people are having a good time.
