Ferris Bueller's Day Off and Sixteen Candles-two of my favorite movies. He was a great director and seemed to understand my generation pretty well.

The coolest thing about this guy was that he made these fun movies and yet he was just a regular dude living on a farm after he mostly retired from the limelight.
I wasn't made for this life and the way it owns me...
